Overview
Med-Dyne is currently seeking a Full Time Executive Assistant to assist the company President with customer and employee contact, product design, research, acquisitions, marketing, etc.
A complete benefit package is being offered along with a Monday through Friday work week. Office hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm. No contact outside of business hours, unlimited growth and bonus potential.

Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, contacting customers, and scheduling meetings.
Manage all daily office activities and resolve any situations with efficiency.

5-7 years experience providing support at the executive level; proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite. A College or Bachelors Degree is required.

Clerical: Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
English Language: Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
Customer and Personal Service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
