- Previous administrative support, medical office, or related experience preferred.
- Previous Occupational Medicine experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Public Health, or related field (OR) equivalent experience required.

- Provides advanced level support to the Occupational Medicine Service line. Onboards new contracts, sets up services for billing, and tracks monthly payments. Works closely with internal and external partners to ensure that billing services are efficient and payments are processed timely.
- Serves as a primary contact for day-to-day services and performs a variety of administrative support tasks including scheduling appointments for clients and their employees. Works diligently to provide timely response and excellent service.
- In collaboration with the Occcupational Medicine Coordinator, meets with new clients to begin the onboarding process. Follows up on action items and onboarding steps, and notifies Coordinator of any questions or unresolved issues.
- Under the direction of the Occupation Medicine Coordinator, Regularly communicates with exisiting clients including face-to-face meetings as appropriate. Engages with clients to ensure satisfaction, problem identification and resolution, and seeks opportunities for improvement.
- Creates physical demands tests and performs a variety of Occupational Medicine tests and screenings as determined by the Coordinator and client contracts. Works closely with Coordinator to ensure that tests and screenings meet clients' needs and makes suggestions for new or revised tests and screenings.
