Position Title: Systems Engineer Intern
Job Description:
This position will work directly with various team members and assist with ongoing platform modernization efforts. Much of our current platform is hosted on the AS400. Work is active to transition the platform into a modern architecture. A sub-project will be identified for which the intern will be given to lead and develop.
What you'll be doing:
Develop a visual status dashboard for the monthly bonus run process. In the current state, the staff and management do not have a method to see the status of this critical monthly process unless they are actively working on it. The engineer will need to design how to collect systematic events when key processes are completed and to identify the best method to show in a user-friendly interface.

The base salary range is $27-29 / hr.

- Desired Major: Electrical Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering or related majo
- rDesired Class Year: Sophomore / Junior / Senior
- .Desired Skills: Self-starter with the willingness and eagerness to learn. Good communication skills.
- Classwork and/or personal experience in modern coding languages (python, java, etc.).
- Cloud experience AWS
- .Ability to learn the functionality of multiple end-user applications and various business processes performed by each.
