What are the responsibilities and job description for the Model Based System Engineer position at Akkodis?
Akkodis is recruiting for a MBSE for an aerospace manufacturer in the Grand Rapids, MI area. This is an onsite contract position with a pay range of $85 an hour to $105 an hour depending on experience, education, and location. Per diem possible if criteria is met.
- Networking Device Experience
- Strong Cameo experience -specfically tracing in requirement database, modeling internal interfaces, creating diagrams based on a defined metamodel.
- Ability to read technical specifications and review against certification requirement documentation.
- Familiarity with avoinics principles (types of memory, common signals, profiles).
- Basic python programming experience is desired
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Able to self-prioritize work assignments in a manner that maximizes team effectiveness and project efficiency
- Ability to execute against complex and dynamic objectives with minimal oversight
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or Systems Engineering from an accredited College or University.
- Ability to work with cross functional teams in a classified environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- U.S. Citizen
- Possesses a SECRET US security clearance
