About the program:

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your skills by supporting operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with various teams to support operations, ensuring effective coordination and timely project completion within the defined timelines.
• Leveraging insights about customer needs and the company’s offerings to identify suitable solutions for clients, leading to project results that meet customer expectations.
• Participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other collaborative efforts.
• Seeking feedback and guidance from manager and team members to improve performance and skills.
• Technical Resource on assigned Proposals
• Develop Proposals, including System Overview Drawings, Equipment Lists, System Descriptions, etc.
• Support Marketing & Sales.

Qualifications

Basic:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is $20-34 / hr.
