What are the responsibilities and job description for the Millwright/Welder position at Mechanical Contractors Inc?
Mechanical Contractors Inc is hiring Millwright/Welders in these areas: Groton, SD and sometimes Big Stone South Dakota, Southern/Western Minnesota and Iowa.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 10Hr hour shifts, 50 hours weekly and occasional weekend work.
Pay is 23$ to $25/hour (dependent on experience) with 150/day per diem for travel if you live more than 50 miles from job.

- Positive attitude and self motivated
- Knowledge in industrial setting
- Ability to weld structural steel would be beneficial.
- Possess your own hand tools for fabrication and installation
- Be familiar and have knowledge with OSHA regulations and general safety guidelines
- Be able to lift 50 lbs independently
- Reliable transportation to and from job site
- Ability to work in East SD, Western/Southern MN, and Iowa
