- Maintains and organizes operational and manufacturing records, for example, production logs, inventory reports, or shipping documents.
- Prepares and processes paperwork related to department. For example, if supporting Shipping: work orders, purchase orders, and material requisitions.
- Assists with data entry and updating internal systems.
- Coordinates with production supervisors and staff to ensure timely documentation of manufacturing activities.
- Supports compliance efforts by ensuring documentation meets internal and external regulatory standards.
- Generates routine reports for operations management, including productivity metrics and inventory summaries.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
