Responsibilities
- Maintain organized office files and records
- Assist owners in daily operations
- Provide administrative support including data entry and filing
- Coordinate supply deliveries and manage inventory
- Support scheduling and calendar management for team members
- Schedule travel and lodging for team members
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat for various tasks
- Organize job site records and upload to shared drive
- Provide on-site oversight of subcontractors as needed
- Deliver job site supplies as needed around the DMV area
- Company-provided vehicle for business and personal use
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office assistant or similar role
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable.
- Driver’s license
