Meaningful Outcomes is a BCBA-owned and operated ABA provider in Rhode Island seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based clinical team in Pawtucket.

This position is designed for a BCBA who wants a consistent daytime schedule, clearly defined productivity expectations, appropriately assigned caseloads, and dedicated time for the clinical work that happens outside of billable sessions.

Because we are BCBA-owned, clinicians have direct access to clinical leadership and a voice in how our programs continue to grow and improve.

What You'll Do

• Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and review client progress
• Analyze data and make clinically appropriate treatment modifications
• Supervise, train, and coach RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Provide caregiver training and consultation
• Complete required clinical documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with families, staff, and clinical leadership

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field
• Rhode Island LBA license or eligibility and willingness to obtain one

Schedule & Productivity

• Our Pawtucket center operates Monday–Friday. Staff are generally present 8:45 AM–3:45 PM, with client programming occurring approximately 9:00 AM–3:30 PM.
• Full-time clinicians maintain a 40-hour workweek with a base expectation of 28 billable hours per week. Remaining work time is dedicated to treatment planning, documentation, data analysis, supervision, caregiver communication, meetings, professional development, and other clinical responsibilities.
• BCBA caseloads are based on authorized clinical supervision hours, individual client needs, and clinician capacity rather than a fixed number of clients.
• Clinicians who exceed the 28-hour weekly billable expectation may qualify for additional productivity incentives.
