Responsibilities
- Validate and process customer orders
- Responsible for the coordination of activities and the interaction with other departments Finance, Engineering and Transportation Logistics, to ensure shipment are made on time
- Understand and perform functions in accordance company sales policies, rules, etc.
- Coordinate with Asian-based factories / production teams to confirm production schedules, capacity, and shipment timelines
- Communicate order status, delays, or quality issues proactively to customers
- Assist sales team with client inquiries, quotations, order amendments, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (e.g. orders, shipment logs, customer communications)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business major
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales support, order management, or customer service in a manufacturing or import/export environment
- Bilingual: fluent in English and Mandarin
- Chinese proficiency in written and verbal form preferred.
- Ability to multi-task, responsible and responsive, flexible to the team, and ability to problem solve.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage under tight deadlines
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Apps, email, spreadsheets, word documents.
- Good problem solving skills and communication skills
