General Role and Function:
This position works with the Grant Manager and program staff to collect, review, analyze, and report agency-wide data. Supports data quality, grant reporting, program funding research, monitoring reviews, and special projects related to organizational data and reporting needs.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze organizational data from multiple sources from the organization, including program activity, service delivery, funding, operations, outcomes, and other key measures, to support accurate reporting and analysis.
- Compile and organize data needed for grant applications, funder reports, donor updates, monitoring reviews, funding requests, and internal reporting.
- Assist with data validation, data clean-up, and quality assurance projects to ensure information is accurate, complete, and consistent across systems.
- Develop and generate reports from single or multiple systems to support Donor Relations, grants, program leadership, and organizational decision-making.
- Analyze service trends, funding-related data, program activity, demographics, and outcomes to help communicate organizational needs and impact.
- Prepare clear data summaries, tables, charts, and reports that can be used in proposals, reports, presentations, and stewardship materials.
- Maintain confidentiality of participant, donor, funder, and organizational information in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Communicate report details, trends, data issues, and key findings to the Grant Manager and appropriate staff as needed.
- Assist with meal delivery when needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High school diploma and at least three (3) years’ experience in data analytics required. College experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent office administration skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; proficient in MS Excel.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Good time management skills.
- Must have reliable, personal vehicle and a valid Driver’s License, good driving record, and applicable insurance coverage required by the company policy.

Physical requirements:
- Have mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.
- Able to work at a desk and computer screen for extended periods of time; anticipated that the person may spend several hours each day sitting at a computer.
- Ability to work in a highly stressful environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and diverse employee population.
- Able to occasionally lift up-to twenty-five (25) pounds to move office supplies or other equipment.
Salary : $65,000
