Duties
- Serve as the initial contact point for prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries, demonstrating exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up with potential clients and schedule intake appointments
- Gather and accurately input client data into our systems using Microsoft Office tools and specialized databases including accounts receivable/payable items
- Assist clients by providing clear information about services, processes, and next steps in their onboarding journey
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, ensuring data entry is precise and up-to-date
- Support ongoing client support efforts by addressing questions promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to streamline intake procedures and improve overall client experience
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer support, or client services
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle outbound calling confidently
