What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Coordinator position at Meals Direct, LLC?
We are looking for a reliable Arabic Admissions Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing clients' needs, company policies and working with little supervision. Person will be team oriented, client focused, teachable, able to follow instructions, self-motivated and trustworthy.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Call/Receive calls from- clients and interview them
- Check and prepare new authorizations from MCO
- Manage client folders and file them digitally and in cabinets
- Interview, follow up, and follow through with potential clients
- Email MCO, Service Coordinators and/or clients
- Provide customer service for clients
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Be ready to assist company to achieve it's goals
- Be punctual to work
- Other duties that may arise due to each client/MDL needs
Skills
- Bi-lingual, fluent in 2 or more languages
- Proven experience with people and their needs
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
