Litigation Attorney

Meagher Geer has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney with 2-3 years of experience in civil litigation to join our Asbestos team.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admitted to the IL bar
• Demonstrated experience handling depositions, including taking and defending them
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
• Proven Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
  
  

Preferred qualifications include litigation experience, appellate work or judicial clerkship.
