Registered Nurse

Meadowview Regional Medical Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care in our community-based hospital in Maysville, KY. In this patient-centered role, you will assess and monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, document care in the EHR, and collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, support safe discharges, and uphold infection control and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per provider orders
• Monitor, document, and report changes in patient condition using EHR systems
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Maintain infection control and patient safety standards in all care activities
• Participate in shift handoffs, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support emergency response situations following hospital protocols
