Responsibilities

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and portioning items under supervision.
- Support the culinary team during busy service times by bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Help with catering setup and breakdown for events or banquets to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all food handling safety protocols and sanitation procedures in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality and food service quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or banquet setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is valued.
