What You’ll Do
- Prep ingredients to spec (chopping, portioning, organizing).
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized prep station.
- Operate the dish station efficiently during service.
- Keep all kitchen tools, dishes, and equipment clean and ready.
- Support the kitchen team wherever needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- Ability to stay organized and move with purpose.
- Team player mindset — you’re part of the whole operation.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen.
- Reliability — shows up on time and ready to work.
- Fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.
- Opportunity to grow into line cook or other BOH roles.
