Front of House Assistant Manager – Prairie Star Restaurant at Meadowlark

Prairie Star Restaurant at Meadowlark is looking for an upbeat, friendly, and hospitality-minded Front of House Assistant Manager to join our growing restaurant team!

Located within Meadowlark, a local not-for-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors, our restaurant offers a unique hospitality experience where you'll have the opportunity to get to know our customers, build genuine relationships, and see familiar faces day after day. Our guests aren't just customers—they're residents, families, friends, and members of our community.

What You'll Do

As our Front of House Assistant Manager, you'll help keep the restaurant running smoothly while creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone who walks through our doors. You'll provide leadership and support to our servers and bartenders, jump in when the team needs an extra hand, and help make sure every guest receives the friendly, person-centered service Prairie Star is known for.

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys working with people and building relationships
• Can lead and motivate a team with a positive attitude
• Is comfortable thinking on their feet and solving problems as they arise
• Knows how to keep things moving when the restaurant gets busy
• Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service
• Can roll up their sleeves and jump in wherever they're needed
• Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a little fun to the workplace!

If you're looking for a full-time position working (4), 10-hour shifts one week and (3), 10 hour shifts the next week generally 1030 am to 830 pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Also, opportunities for additional shifts and overtime.
