Meadowlands Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Assistant / Receptionist to join our compassionate and supportive team. What You'll Do

• Assist veterinarians and technicians with patient care and daily hospital operations
• Provide exceptional client service and communication
• Schedule appointments and manage front desk responsibilities
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient information
• Support exam room flow and patient intake processes
• Help create a welcoming, organized, and efficient hospital environment
• Collaborate closely with the veterinary team to support quality patient care
