Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, or residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing various flooring types
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests or residents
• Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure health and safety regulations are met consistently
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for swift resolution
• Use janitorial equipment and industrial cleaning tools effectively to maximize efficiency and cleanliness
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled to uphold hygiene standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping within hospitality or industrial settings
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including stripping, sealing, waxing, and polishing floors
• Previous hotel experience or familiarity with hospitality industry standards is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of janitorial procedures and industrial cleaning practices
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
