You may spend part of your day reviewing staffing and schedules, completing resident assessments or care documentation, following up with families, or working with staff on training and performance. You’ll also help ensure medications, documentation, care plans, and daily processes are being completed appropriately.
As a hands-on leader, you'll be visible and available to your team and residents.
