We are sourcing for a Systems Administrator (Manufacturing IT) Department for one of our very valued clients.
JOB TITLE: SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR
LOCATION: LEAGUE CITY, TX
SALARY: $75K - $87K
Job Summary:
The Systems Administrator will support hybrid environment that includes on-premises and cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, cybersecurity tooling, and modern networking systems. This is a hands-on technical role with a wide footprint across business operations and manufacturing technology, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Administer and optimize virtualized server environments
•Support enterprise email, collaboration tools, and productivity platforms
•Manage endpoint protection, compliance, and remote administration
•Monitor firewall, VPN, and secure remote access configurations
•Maintain structured network infrastructure and wireless controller systems
•Oversee directory services, user access, and identity integrations
•Support SQL-based systems with basic administration and backup routines
•Collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain uptime and data flows
Required Skills/Abilities:
•Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
•Comfortable supporting IT and OT systems in a manufacturing setting
Education and Experience:
2 years experience in systems or network administration.
Strong experience with:
•Virtualization and VM administration
•Endpoint management and cloud security platforms
•Identity and access controls (hybrid AD environments)
•Network management and segmentation (wired/wireless)
Salary range $75K - $87K plus fabulous benefits.
