Calibration Lab Administrator
This role is responsible for tracking and communicating the status and location of test equipment as it moves through JM Test Systems’ service process. Keeping equipment status accurate and up to date is critical to meeting customer deadlines and ensuring smooth workflow. The Administrator will coordinate closely with Lab Management, Technicians, QA, Receiving, Metrology, Accounts Receivable, and customers, ensuring any delays are promptly communicated and proper documentation follows the equipment. This position will also include future cross-training in our ESL lab and other key areas to support broader operations.
Must have a High School diploma or GED
Work Environment:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit and stand at desk for extended periods of time

- Ability to perform task given in different environments including indoor and outdoor
