Maintenance Technician Spartanburg, SC
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire!
Salary Rate: $30 /hr
Work Hours: NIGHT SHIFT
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems; perform root cause analysis to prevent reoccurring issues.
- Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints; handle industrial electrical wiring including motors, conduit, and control wiring.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections; ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, 3-phase circuits, 24 VDC control circuits, and relay logic circuits.
- Manage spare parts inventory and assist with new equipment installations.
- Adhere to OSHA safety rules and maintain high standards of good manufacturing practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in PLCs, electronics, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Formal technical training or previous experience in manufacturing maintenance
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and be on call as needed.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED; technical certifications preferred.
- 4–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
