Qualifications:                      

   - Maintenance experience preferred

   -  Experience operating, and maintaining large moving equipment

   -  Must be able to complete work independently

   -  Ability to communicate effectively

   - Experience in plumbing and/or HVAC preferred

                 260 days/year
