This role is responsible for project execution, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining client satisfaction. While MEP-specific experience is preferred, it is not required-we're looking for a strong project leader with proven experience in managing complex, cross-disciplinary projects and working with technical teams.

Job Duties
- Manage and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and construction projects with MEP components.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet objectives.
- Review and coordinate design documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry requirements.
- Monitor project performance, address risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead client and internal meetings to drive decisions and progress.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards.
- Support procurement activities, vendor evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and project staff.
- Maintain detailed project records and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field is preferred but not required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
- At least 5 years of experience in project management within engineering, construction, or related technical environments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a high attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, Teamwork, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with MEP systems is preferred but not required
