This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales & Marketing team as our very first Sales Development Representative where you will be able to help establish scalable processes for optimizing lead generation, qualify new clients for business development and have the ability to make an immediate impact.

Your Impact
This role is part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial team within Meade Engineering. You'll help us expand into new markets, win early customers, and build scalable sales processes that drive long-term success.
Ideal candidates have experience in Business Development or Sales Support, with a strong focus on lead generation and pipeline building. This is a quota-carrying position where you'll partner with Strategic Account Executives to develop and execute effective sales strategies for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do
- Generate outbound leads for commercial markets and close small-to-medium business deals
- Build interest in Meade Engineering's enterprise solutions within target accounts
- Develop and refine prospect messaging to maximize engagement
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure sales effectiveness
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts
- Support Account Executives with sales activities (approx. 25% of your time)
