Mechanical CAD/BIM Technician

Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has one or more positions available for a Mechanical CAD/BIM technician for our Building Engineering Group. This position will be based out of our Denver, CO or Madison, WI office locations.

The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following

• Associate degree (or higher) in computer aided drafting (CAD) or related field from an accredited institution and at least 1 year of relevant experience; OR if no degree, must have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  
  

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:

• Drawing mechanical systems for building projects using Revit software
• Setting up engineering drawing sets in Revit software
• Applying design standards to engineering drawings
• Drawing, laying out, sizing, coordinating and detailing mechanical systems
• Attending project team meetings
• Coordinating with the design team
• Occasional travel may be required.
