Projects may include runways, taxiways, airport aprons, roadways, data centers, transportation/DOT, and other various projects.

Responsibilities Include
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance with state field procedures
- Taking professional responsibility for legal descriptions, survey plats, right-of-way plats, certified survey maps, elevation certificates, subdivision maps, and other survey deliverables
- Planning, organizing, and managing assigned land survey projects, including scope development, scheduling, and estimating
- Leading QA/QC reviews of field data, survey computations, and final drawings
- Conducting research of public and private records to support boundary determinations and legal documentation
- Performing advanced survey computations, analyses, and adjustments using appropriate software and methods
- Interacting with clients to clarify project requirements, communicate progress, and ensure satisfaction
- Mentoring and developing survey technicians through coaching and feedback
- Other tasks as assigned.
The Successful Candidate Must Have The Following
- A bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university
- At least 4 years of relevant experience
- Registered Land Surveyor license in the state of North Dakota.
- An associate’s degree in surveying, civil engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university
- At least 6 years of relevant experience
- Registered Land Surveyor license in the state of North Dakota.
