As a result of our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, limited-term business administration and marketing intern to join our Architecture & Building Engineering Marketing group. This position will be based at our office in Chicago, IL or Portland, OR. The anticipated internship period is expected to begin May/June 2027 and end by August/September 2027.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying data gaps and updating project, resume, and opportunity data in aec360
- Organizing and maintaining digital assets, photography, and marketing collateral
- Assisting with file naming and document management
- Helping update resumes, project sheets, and branded marketing content
- Support marketing metrics, reporting, and quality control reviews
- Assisting in project kickoff meetings for proposals and other submittals
- Creating and producing interview materials such as presentations and handouts
- Leading external production and mailing marketing materials
- General administrative support for marketing initiatives
A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background checks may be required.
Successful candidates must have completed at least two semesters of college-level coursework in business administration, marketing, communications, or other related fields from an accredited college or university by date of hire.
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Significant attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with InDesign and/or other Adobe products
- Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors
- High level of quality in copy editing
- Juggling priorities and multiple deadlines

Hourly Rate Range: $18.00 - $25.00 – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
