Responsibilities
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, and concrete finishing to create durable foundations and structures.
- Manage and execute framing carpentry tasks, including wood framing, trim carpentry, and woodworking.
- Operate power tools, heavy equipment, and hand tools safely and efficiently across various construction activities.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately interpret project specifications.
- Conduct roofing and wall sheathing, siding installation, and roofing
- Oversee or assist with remodeling, restoration projects, and siding or roofing replacements while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.
- Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing techniques, framing carpentry (including woodwork and metal studs), and roofing.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery and power tools safely; familiarity with schematics is a plus.
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working at heights; comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid experience with construction safety protocols; strong teamwork ethic and communication skills.
- Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
