Event Specialist

We are searching for a self-motivated and outgoing Event Specialist to assist our organization in delivering phenomenal events that build business relationships, generate excitement around our organization, grow sales, and amplify brand awareness. If you have high-performance standards, a high level of enthusiasm, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment then please apply! Responsibilities:Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venuesCreating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on timeRemaining under budget with all costsManaging events and addressing potential problems that may arisePlanning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the eventGeneral Sales and Marketing daily activities.Negotiate with appropriate vendors before the event.Builds and maintains customer relationships.Coordinate with all the departments involved in the organization of the event.Holding yourself accountable for measurable, high-quality, and timely results.Plan and execute the event based on the budget and financial ability of the host of the event.RequirementsEvent Coordinators carry out many tasks on their own, but a major aspect of the job is working with a team. Salary : $58,000 - $65,000
