What are the responsibilities and job description for the Strategic Partnership Manager - West Coast Area position at MDxHealth?
The Strategic Partnership Manager (SPM) will be responsible for developing and expanding mdxhealth’s relationships with urology practices, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and other priority healthcare organizations. This role is focused on customer success, account growth, and long-term partnerships by delivering value from the full mdxhealth portfolio of advanced prostate cancer diagnostics, including ConfirmMDx, GPS, Resolve, Select, and ExosomeDx.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 5 years’ experience in diagnostics, biotech, or healthcare sales/account management.
- Responsible for covering the West Coast. Preferred location for a candidate is the Los Angeles or San Francisco, CA area.
- Must be able to travel (60% overnight) and live in close proximity to a major airport. Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Strong track record of success in customer-facing roles, ideally in oncology/urology or precision diagnostics.
- Ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations and influence multiple decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive results.
- Experience with diagnostic reimbursement and managed care environment a plus.
- Hiring salary range: $140,000 to $170,000. The actual annual salary will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
