What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Services Specialist I (Mon-Fri 5:00am-1:30pm PDT) position at MDxHealth?
The Customer Services Specialist I will troubleshoot and respond to a wide variety of client inquiries, issues and requests, and also act as a liaison between Customer Services and the internal mdxhealth departments. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to requesting and tracking specimen procurement requests and specimens.
- The shift is Monday thru Friday from 5:00am to 1:30pm (Pacific Time)
- Minimum of two years’ previous customer service experience. Experience is healthcare a plus.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Starting rate is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
