We're looking for a detail-oriented CSR to serve as the first point of contact for Ryde clients. You'll be the voice of our automotive concierge service, capturing critical information, qualifying leads, and ensuring a smooth handoff to our sales team.

- Conduct initial intake calls to gather client vehicle requirements
- Accurately input and maintain client data in our CRM system
- Qualify leads and assess client readiness
- Send and manage intake forms and documentation
- Schedule consultations with the sales team
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and text
- Maintain detailed call transcripts and notes
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
- Excellent phone communication skills and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
- Comfortable using CRM systems and learning new tools (Notion, forms, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Customer service experience required
- Must be comfortable working from the office (not on the road)
- Basic automotive knowledge helpful but not required
