Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as Angular or React to ensure seamless user experiences across devices.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual UI/UX designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision to translate concepts into functional digital products.
• Implement motion graphics, interaction design elements, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to enhance user engagement.
• Optimize websites for search engines (SEO) and ensure web accessibility standards are met to reach diverse audiences effectively.
• Manage website content through content management systems such as WordPress or Drupal while performing regular website maintenance and updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, content creators, and marketing specialists to develop cohesive digital campaigns.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to refine interface designs and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Utilize data analysis tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to monitor website performance and inform ongoing improvements.
• Ensure code quality through version control systems such as Git and implement best practices in web production and front-end development.

Experience

• Proven experience in web design and development with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and SQL.
• Extensive knowledge of web production tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and graphic design software for visual UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Angular, React, Node.js, Bootstrap, and AJAX for building dynamic web applications.
• Experience working with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal for website management and content updates.
• Strong understanding of information architecture, layout design, typography for media, and responsive web design principles.
• Data analysis skills using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to track user behavior and optimize site performance.
• Ability to create prototypes using Axure or Balsamiq for effective stakeholder presentations and iterative testing.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) in interaction design to ensure inclusive digital experiences.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Pardot for integrated digital campaigns is a plus.
