Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Sr. IT Support Administrator to join our enterprise technology team. In this role, you will serve as a critical resource for end-user support, systems administration, and cloud infrastructure management across a complex, compliance-driven environment. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, endpoint security platforms, and SaaS application ecosystems, along with a solid understanding of SOX regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
End-User Support & Systems Administration
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across the enterprise.
• Administer and support Office 365 environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD), including user provisioning, group policies, conditional access, and identity lifecycle management.
• Administer and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Manage user access and permissions across enterprise systems, adhering to the principle of least privilege.
Security & Compliance
• Deploy, manage, and monitor endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, with a strong preference for CrowdStrike Falcon or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Support SOX compliance initiatives including access control reviews, audit logging, change management documentation, and periodic user access certifications.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure IT controls meet internal audit and regulatory standards.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of IT security policies and procedures.
SaaS Platform & Document Management
• Administer and support enterprise SaaS platforms including Dialpad (UCaaS), Box.net (cloud content management), and other business-critical applications.
• Manage document management solutions including access controls, version management, and integrations with the broader technology ecosystem.
• Evaluate, onboard, and support new SaaS tools in alignment with IT governance and security standards.
Analytics & Reporting (Highly Desirable)
• Support or develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and/or Spotfire Analytics to deliver operational IT insights to leadership.
• Work with SQL Server integrations, supporting data pipelines and reporting infrastructures that connect business systems.
• Partner with data and analytics teams to ensure IT infrastructure supports BI workloads and data availability requirements.
IT Operations & Infrastructure
• Document IT processes, runbooks, and system configurations to maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge base.
• Participate in IT change management processes, including CAB reviews and post-implementation documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT leadership, InfoSec, Finance, and business unit stakeholders.
• Contribute to IT projects including migrations, upgrades, and new system rollouts.
Required Qualifications
• 5 years of progressive experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related enterprise IT role.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
• Demonstrated experience managing Azure Active Directory, including identity governance, conditional access policies, and hybrid identity scenarios.
• Experience supporting Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments (e.g., Azure Virtual Desktop, VMware Horizon, or Citrix).
• Proven experience managing user permissions and access controls across enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of endpoint detection and response tools; CrowdStrike Falcon or Microsoft Sentinel experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with document management platforms and their enterprise integrations.
• Experience working within enterprise-scale organizations with formal IT governance and change management frameworks.
• Understanding of SOX compliance requirements as they relate to IT general controls (ITGCs), user access reviews, and audit support.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience administering Dialpad or comparable cloud-based telephony/UCaaS platforms.
• Experience with Box.net enterprise administration, including security policies and user management.
• Proficiency in Power BI or Spotfire Analytics for creating operational dashboards and management reports.
• Experience supporting SQL Server and data integrations between enterprise systems.
• Exposure to ITIL frameworks and service management best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), MS-900, CompTIA Security , or equivalent.

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
