We are seeking an experienced, hardworking Construction Laborer to support day-to-day operations on active job sites. This role involves assisting skilled tradespeople, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing a variety of physical tasks to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule. Pay is based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, including loading/unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Clean and maintain job sites to ensure safety and organization
- Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labor experience required
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 lbs regularly
- Prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and walking
- Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces when necessary
