Position Summary:
MDK, an innovative law firm, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Relationship Management and Business Development (RMBD) team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring seamless service delivery to MDK’s clients by coordinating onboarding, managing operational workflows, monitoring service levels, and documenting client preferences. You will support Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) by handling administrative and operational responsibilities, allowing them to focus on strategic relationship management and business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Coordination & Support: Schedule and coordinate client calls and meetings in alignment with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs). Assist operational pods with administrative client needs, such as loan system access and data requests
- Service Delivery & Quality Assurance: Monitor service levels, timelines, and deliverables to ensure MDK meets client obligations. Coordinate issue resolution across internal teams, escalating when necessary, while keeping CRMs as the primary client contact. Document client preferences and workflows for consistency.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Provide regular performance reporting and client-facing summaries to highlight service value and results.
- Brand and Industry Support: Assist CRMs in preparing materials and coordinating logistics for initiatives that enhance MDK’s industry presence and reputation.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner with CRMs, Client Performance Analysts, and internal departments to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and client satisfaction.
- Client Onboarding & Coordination: Oversee onboarding of new clients and expanded business initiatives. Ensure smooth transitions and consistent communication for new portfolios or service-released files.
- Client Presentations & Materials: Support preparation and coordination of client experience materials, messaging, and training resources to assist CRMs in presenting MDK’s brand.
- Brand Loyalty & Engagement: Promote MDK’s mission and values internally and externally through all client interactions.
- Department Event Support: Assist with travel and logistics for in-person meetings, conferences, and events.
- Team Initiatives: Contribute to team and firm-wide goals, participating in additional departmental projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Requires a high school diploma. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years prior experience in client service, account coordination, or operations in a professional services environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office products and communication platforms.
- In-office presence to support team collaboration and in-person meetings and activities as needed.
Schedule & Benefits:
Our team works Monday through Friday, general business hours. After a successful orientation period, employees may follow a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days working from home. MDK provides a comprehensive benefit package, which includes:
