We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our St. Gabriel team. This position is an excellent opportunity for a healthcare professional with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Triage patients with care and confidence- Collect lab samples (phlebotomy certification is a must!)
- Enter data accurately into our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
- Coordinate with our front-desk team to keep things flowing
- Support our Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
2 years of LPN experience- Active LPN license (required)
- Phlebotomy certification (required)
- BLS certification (preferred)
Qualifications:
Ability to commute to and/or relocate to St. Gabriel
