Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to residents of long-term care facilities
- Manage an independent schedule and caseload
- Travel between facilities within the assigned territory
- Work collaboratively with the broader MDB Health Services team while operating independently in the field
Required qualifications
- Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker credential in good standing
- Ability and willingness to travel to multiple facilities within a 60-mile radius
- Ability to work independently and manage a self-directed schedule
- Commitment to serving older adults and residents of long-term care communities
