Role Description The Logistics Administration role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hialeah, FL. This role is responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities, including preparing and processing shipping and export documentation, updating order and shipment records, and monitoring delivery timelines. The position involves communicating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide shipment updates, and ensure service expectations are met. The role also includes supporting supply chain operations, tracking inventory and materials, and assisting with basic reporting and data entry to maintain accurate logistics information. The Logistics Administration team member will follow established procedures, support continuous improvement efforts, and uphold company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review shipment data, identify discrepancies, and support problem-solving in logistics operations.
