Triton Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Billing Coordinator to support our transportation, warehousing, and logistics operations.
This role is responsible for customer invoicing, reviewing operational documentation, reconciling charges, and ensuring timely and accurate billing across multiple service lines including drayage, warehousing, and freight services.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and can effectively communicate with operations teams, customers, and accounting personnel.
- Generate and process customer invoices for transportation and warehouse services
- Review PODs, delivery documentation, warehouse activity, and operational records for billing accuracy
- Verify accessorial charges including detention, per diem, storage, redelivery, chassis, and special handling fees
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer billing records and supporting documentation
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and invoice research
- Monitor customer-specific billing requirements and rate structures
- Support reporting and reconciliation activities
- Maintain organized digital filing and documentation within company systems
- 1 years of billing, invoicing, accounting support, or logistics administration experience preferred
- Experience in transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, or logistics strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Magaya or transportation/warehouse management systems is a plus
