Overview
We are seeking a dependable, motivated Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our self storage facilities. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service with property management to maintain secure, clean, and welcoming environments.
The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and property upkeep. This position involves supporting multiple facilities, requiring flexibility and the ability to travel between locations as needed to ensure consistency and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations across multiple locations in line with company policies
- Deliver excellent customer service for rentals, inquiries, payments, and account support
- Conduct regular property walk-throughs to ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal
- Maintain office and maintenance supply inventory
- Monitor competitors to support pricing and rate adjustments
- Recommend storage solutions and close rental agreements
- Process leases, collect payments, and maintain organized records
- Enforce lease terms, facility rules, and safety procedures
- Manage delinquent accounts and collections professionally
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in self storage, property management, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent follow-through
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math ability for payments and account management
- Independent, self-starter attitude with initiative
- Flexibility to work between multiple facilities and travel locally as needed
- Experience with SiteLink or similar software (plus)
- Collections or accounts receivable experience (plus)
Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts
- Weekday and weekend availability required
- Morning/daytime shifts preferred

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
