Senior Project Manager – Industrial Projects
Take your career to the next level with McShane. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects, overseeing contract administration, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Administer contracts, including bidding, documentation, submittals, compliance, and project close-out
- Manage project budgets, cost reporting, pay applications, change orders, cash flow, and forecasting
- Develop and manage project schedules; coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, and staffing
- Ensure quality through inspections, submittal reviews, material acceptance, and punch list completion
- Implement and enforce jobsite safety plans, OSHA compliance, and subcontractor safety requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships; support proposal efforts as needed
Requirements
- B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience on industrial, warehouse/big box, or commercial construction projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Timberline, Bluebeam, CMiC, PlanGrid, Textura, Field ID) and Microsoft Office 365
Salary Description:
$135,000 - $165,000 per year. This is a good faith estimate based on available market data. Final offers depend on experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, cell phone allowance, and all company-sponsored employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match and profit sharing, student loan assistance, and PTO.
