The primary role of this position is printing out the orders placed though MCS Direct, e-mails, fax and or handwritten ones taken in office and incoming mail. Also, does needs fee, serves, collates rushes and checks tracking numbers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Print out orders every hour and search for add on request
- Search for Bill To’s and put on each request
- Count each location and enter on spreadsheet
- Make sure all attachment is printed and attached to request.
- Attach the confirmation sheet
- Hand out all request to the correct person (example: rushes, normal, nationwide, large lit, Texas, Midwest and Southwest).
- Handles all serves and needs fee, entering into system, prints out the field sheets and attaches them to the request.
- Also, back up for counsel card entry and taking subpoenas to city hall for signature and seal.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft, excel and word
- Attention to details
- Must be able to work independently and as part of team
Education Requirements
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods in a 7 ½ hour to eight- hour day
