Service Technician- Specialists
- Gasoline Driving & Heavy Line
- Transmission
- Suspension & Front End
- Able to diagnose and repair Ford automotive systems.
- Complete service and repair assignments efficiently, safely, and correctly to pass quality inspections set forth by the dealership and Ford.
- Comply with company safety policies and procedures
- Communicate directly with service advisors and supervisors regarding the status of the service work
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques
- Ability to complete all required technical Ford training courses
Experienced Service Technician / Automotive Mechanics Qualifications:
- 3 years of automotive technician and applicable Ford certifications
- ASE or equivalent training.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment (such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.)
- Strong Automotive knowledge
- Maintains sufficient personally-owned tools in good working order
- Valid Driver’s License
