Job summary:
- Experienced Automotive Sales Consultants preferred but not required.
- Customer-focused with high customer satisfaction ratings
- Strong ability to follow established processes
- Familiarity with the digital environment and basic computer skills to contact prospective customers via e-mail and text.
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Organization skills necessary to follow-up with clients, pre & post-sale.
- Ability to speak Spanish as a second language is a plus but not required
Job requirements:
- Successfully pass a background test and drug screen
- Current or previous auto sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to follow directions.
- Bilingual ability a plus
Must have an acceptable driving record according to the company's hiring standards.
