Assist the EHR Manager with day-to-day operations and onsite support of clinical staff. This person will be responsible for tracking quality measures, analyzing workflows, and assisting the EHR Manager with day-to-day tasks. Assists with coordinating connectivity concerns with MCR, Athena Health, and all Electronic Health Records. Assists in ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

In our time of Company growth, we are seeking an Electronic Health Records Specialist/RN/LPN/MA
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As Part Of This Role, You Will
- Serves as a resource person for EHR-specific practice management requirements used to develop documentation, reporting, billing, and workflows for Providers and staff.
- Assists with building templates
- Maintaining the Policy and Procedures for the EHR system
- Merges EHR Records
- Assist with the reconciliation of records
- Runs and creates reports
- Responsible for the error queue
- Assist in managing documents in the system
What you need to bring to this role:
- Medical Assistant: Valid certification from an accredited school or current or valid LPN/RN License required
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an MA/LPN/RN is required
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience using an Electronic Health Record System is required
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in training and support is preferred
- Must be technically inclined and be able to troubleshoot the system
- Must have a clinical background to understand when the system is not reporting red flags
- Must have an idea of how to build templates, but will be trained
- Microsoft Office Products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint proficiency preferred
- Valid driver’s license required with the ability to move between sites as needed to oversee, observe, and monitor operations
