In our time of Company growth, we seek a Clinical Nurse Leader, LPN/RN
Work Locations: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Responsible for providing leading management, in collaboration with the Office Manager in
coaching and guiding all associates assigned to the department and maintaining positive,
effective communication with providers, supervisors, peers, and subordinates - Must be able to perform all staff nurse duties• Oversees the maintenance of all appropriate logs to the Office Manager
- Ensures Provider’s orders are directed to the various appropriate departments
- Completes authorizations and referrals for patients promptly
- Knowledgeable in triage and interventions regarding patients’ age
- Knowledgeable regarding all medical forms (PE, work excuses, proof of pregnancy, etc.)
- Administers ordered immunizations and other medications
- Able to perform EKGs and Triage in a timely manner
- Meets all lab requirements and is knowledgeable regarding the process procedure, including
phlebotomy skills - Meets monthly with the Office manager to identify and resolve issues and promote effective
communication and dissemination of information - Maintains an open line of communication with the Clinical Director, informing them of the
stat us of centers and staff - Ensure proper training is conducted to include orientation, skills/competency training, and new
equipment training, continuing education, standard operating procedures, policies, and
documentation within the electronic health record
